Paws Around Town's Return Policy

Paws Around Town always wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from our Website so we will accept returns and exchanges with the following conditions:

• We will not refund shipping costs for pet supplies returned or exchanged, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned items.

• If for some reason the merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. We will replace damaged merchandise if notified within 48 hours, by the customer, after receipt of merchandise - in this case we will ship replacement merchandise at no cost to you.

   

• Used or Personalized merchandise cannot be refunded.

   

• If merchandise needs to be exchanged, please notify us within 48 hours after receipt.

   

• Merchandise will need to be received back by Paws Around Town within 10 business days.

   

• Merchandise must be new with the original tags still in place.

   

• New shipping charges will be incurred for exchanges.
