Placing an order You can order On-line or by phone at 1-866-793-9384.
If ordering pet supplies over the phone, please have the name of the product and the product description available. If you cannot find a particular product on our Website, please call us toll free. We constantly have many new items at our store that might not be listed on our Website at this time.
We Ship UPS & USPS In-stock merchandise will be shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of the order. In the case of rush or overnight orders, additional shipping costs will be incurred – so please call for a quote before ordering if necessary. Special orders will be shipped as soon as possible but may take 3-5 weeks. On-line orders may be cancelled by calling us immediately after placing the order and before it is processed and shipped. Holiday orders will be processed as quickly as possible but to assure the merchandise is in-stock or available please order early! We cannot guarantee merchandise arrivals of late orders during the Holiday season. International customers, please send us an e-mail if you need to know shipping prices before placing your order, if you don’t ask for a quote, we will ship USPS mail and the customer will pay the difference. We can only ship UPS orders to a physical mailing address. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please choose the USPS postal option. International Customers - No International shipping. US addresses only.
We process on-line orders Monday through Friday 10:00 am until 5:00 pm Central Standard time.
In response to customer questions on our shipping policy Dear On-Line Shoppers, please keep in mind that product lead times vary, in-stock merchandise will be shipped immediately. Some products may need to be special ordered and may require a longer ship time.
