Appointments & Cancellations

By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to the following:

• •Cancellations: We prefer at least 72 hours notice for cancellations so we can offer the appointment to another pet in need.
• •Late Arrivals: As a mobile practice, we travel to your location. Please be available at your scheduled time to avoid delays.
• •Pet Safety: You are responsible for safely restraining your pet during the visit and informing us of any behavioral concerns.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

• •Financing available through CareCredit and ScratchPay
• •Travel fees are charged in addition to veterinary services
• •Estimates are provided before services are rendered when possible

We do not accept pet insurance directly, but can provide documentation for you to submit claims to your insurance provider.
